You could be waiting for reviews for such books like "The Lord of the Ring" by J. R. R. Tolkien, "The Hellbound Heart" by Clive Barker, "American Psycho" by B. E. Ellis, or "Beyond the Black River" by R. E. Howard. Yes, I like these books, all of these books are on my list of most favorite books of all time. But you already know everything about these books, because there are hundreds and thousands of reviews on the web. So, I'll write here reviews for less famous books.
This book is one of my favorites novels in such genre as post-apocalypse. The main idea of the novel is an overpopulation of humans in the world. With the growing population, world resources are too limited for each human, and because of that people need to fight for survival. The story is about New-York in the future, with a population of 35 million people. There are a lot of characters and storylines in this book, and I will not retell the full story in this review. But I can convince you, that this book is really good, and if you like this genre, you'll have a pleasure in reading this book.
Also, using basic of this novel was made the movie, called "Soylent Green" 1973, and this film deserves to be seen too.
So, if you are a fan of post-apocalypse theme or fantastic thrillers, you should read this book.
